Non-Refundable Services

VPS Hosting
Virtual Private Server plans are non-refundable. Dedicated resources are reserved exclusively for your account from the moment of order.
Dedicated Servers
Dedicated server orders are non-refundable. Hardware is provisioned and allocated solely for your use upon order.
RDS / Managed Database
Managed database and RDS server plans are non-refundable. Database environments are fully configured per your order.
Cloud & Object Storage
Cloud infrastructure and object storage services are non-refundable as resources are allocated per order.
SSL Certificates
SSL certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued by the certificate authority.
Domain Registration
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered.
Cryptocurrency Payments
Payments made via cryptocurrency or any non-reversible payment method are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

Your account has violated our Terms of Service.

The service is VPS, Dedicated Server, RDS, or any managed infrastructure plan.
You received a free domain with your hosting plan.
Payment was made via cryptocurrency or a non-reversible method.
The account was suspended or terminated due to abuse or policy violations.
